In addition to the primary functions of water delivery, flood control and environmental restoration, the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District also services many ancillary needs of its constituents.
The MRGCD issues permits for use of district lands, changes and improvements to the irrigation delivery system along with employment and business opportunities with the district.
